Dr. Michelle Morrissey Matyko received her Bachelor of Science degree as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She then went on to receive her Master of Science degree in Audiology from Towson University and went on to receive her Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University. She has both her New York State Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing licenses. She is also an active member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

Dr. Matyko has experience in educational, private practice, and clinical audiology, and has worked with the pediatric through geriatric populations in diagnostics and hearing aid dispensing. Michelle believes strongly in educating the patient, as well as family and loved ones on the implications, treatments, and expectations of hearing loss and hearing aid technology. She understands that each patient is unique and there isn't one approach that works for everyone in meeting their communication needs. That's why she stresses the importance to obtain as well as provide as much information as possible for each individual she works with.
