Audio Help Hearing Centers offer the Starkey S Series hearing aids. These advanced digital hearing aids have numerous features designed for performance, comfort and personalization.
S Series Features
PureWave Feedback Eliminator
The most common complaint from hearing aid wearers is feedback. S Series' PureWave Feedback Eliminator solves this problem and is proven to be the best feedback management system in the industry.
Acoustic Scene Analyzer
Experience maximum comfort with the clearest speech possible even in the noisiest environments with Acoustic Scene Analyzer. S Series digital hearing aids feature this proprietary noise and environmental adaptation system that instantly transitions your hearing aid for the greatest comfort and clarity in noise.
T² Technology
Starkey's new breakthrough T² technology allows you to use your cell or touch-tone phone to conveniently switch modes or adjust volume on your S Series without using additional hardware.
InVision Directionality
Chances are in quiet environments you can hear the voices in front of you, but have trouble in noisier surroundings. S Series digital hearing aids have InVision Directionality that filters out unwanted background noise to significantly improve your understanding of speech.
AudioScape
This industry-leading technology recognizes and adapts smoothly to optimize different sound environments — like wind, speech, speech in noise, machine noise, etc.
Intuitive Features
Starkey hearing aids feature indicators designed to make it easy to use your hearing aid.
Automatic Telephone Response
Your digital hearing aids will automatically know when you're on the phone and adjust settings for optimal telephone listening.
The audiologists at Audio Help Hearing Centers dispense the following Starkey digital hearing aids:
The Zon uses Active Feedback Intercept (AFI) to combat feedback, hearing aid users' most frequent complaint. This system is currently the most effective one on the market. In conjunction with AFI the Zon also includes Automatic Telephone Response which automatically adjusts to eliminate feedback created when on the telephone.

Alongside the feedback problems associated with many hearing aids are the issues that arise once noise levels increase. The Zon uses Directional Speech Detector (DSD) technology to allow for better understanding in noisy environments. Unlike comparable digital hearing aids, the Zon system is further enhanced with Acoustic Signature (AS). AS immediately recognizes and categorizes the statistical properties of different sound environments, enabling users to smoothly move from one sound environment into the next without issue.
Destiny hearing aids like many others in the Starkey hearing aid line include a top of the line Active Feedback Intercept (AFI) to cancel out feedback sounds. Additionally the Destiny includes an Automatic Telephone Response which automatically adjusts to feedback often associated with using the telephone. Also, as is included in many other Starkey products is a Directional Speech Detector (DSD) which allows the user to hear sound directionality by focusing on speech and reducing background noise. Any faults in DSD’s environmental understanding are covered by the Destiny’s Acoustic Signature. Acoustic Signature is a sound management tool that groups different sound environments and then automatically adapts to the user's needs.
The Destiny hearing aid is distinguished from other Starkey products in three aspects. Voice Indicators notify users of low battery and memory. The Destiny is also programmed to run a maintenance Self Check upon opening and closing the battery door thrice. Furthermore the Destiny includes a Reminder notification for maintenance and return visits.
