"I was welcomed and helped by Jessica Woodson. She displayed a kind, warm and non-condescending approach that I found to be very helpful. She was also very knowledgeable in her profession and with the updated technology. But she was not overbearing with a lot of details, and answered my questions, so that I understood what was being explained."
