I left AudioHelp on Wednesday with lots to think about regarding the necessity of hearing aids, their cost and what I should do. Being given a "loaner" pair of aids to test was a plus. I still have lots to think about and research and have many questions which I will be able to ask at my follow up appointment next week. The service by all concerned—the receptionist, audiologist and her assistant—was professional and courteous. I have been enjoying the second pair of hearing aids recommended to me by Dr. Yakubov for almost a year now. The initial pair I purchased worked beautifully for about three years and quite literally changed my life, The new set is even better because I'm now able to receive iPhone audio directly in my ears. I gave my first set to my sister and she is now enjoying dramatically improved hearing. I have found Dr. Yakubov to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, concerned, enthusiastic and gracious, and I look forward to my regular visits with her. The technology is first class and the Audio Help support team has never failed to quickly and efficiently correct any minor problems I might encounter. I thank you all for your "Audio Help". I have had appointments with Vincent D'Auria, Au.D. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also has patience with his clients. He makes himself available for questions and problems that occur. I couldn't hear anything out of one hearing aid. I stopped in at the Audio Help in Scarsdale, NY without an appointment and he solved the problem immediately. I am very please with all the staff. In particular Ellen Peddy is not only efficient and pleasant, but recently solved a hearing issue. Dr. Bravo is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is smart, kind, and compassionate. He took extra time with my husband who had special needs and even went out of his way on his own personal time to help me. There is no better doctor than Dr. Bravo.

I was having trouble for more than a week with my hearing device. I finally went to audio help where I purchased it. Yasmin Santos in a highly professional manner tested the battery, took it to Dr. Natalie Abergel, They found I needed a new device and new batteries. The whole procedure took less than 10 minutes and I left a very happy customer, once again able to hear.
I have been quite happy with the care I receive from AudioHelp. I was delighted when I learned that there was a 58th St. office as that is close to my own office. The staff has been pleasant and responsive in person and on the phone.

Last year I thought I was becoming demented. I found I was seeming to miss what people were talking about or thinking they were talking about one thing when it was something else entirely. I was worried. I ignored my daughter saying I needed my hearing checked. Finally one morning I was paying for something at a deli, and the lady said clearly, It's my birthday today. So I responded, Happy Birthday. She looked confused...then said, I said I'm taking care of you today. Oh, I said.
"I've been coming to Audio Help for many years. Dr. Bravo is especially attentive and really tries to work with me to get the best sound into my ears. Kathy is efficient and very congenial to customers."
My visit to Audio Help was a surprisingly better experience than I was anticipating... and I believe that was all Jessica Woodson's doing. I was not expecting to walk out of my exam wearing hearing aids but Jessica's explanation of the benefits of trying them was too compelling to pass up.
